Carrie-Ann is the Assistant Centre Manager and ensures the smooth running of operations, compliance with health and safety standards, and effective maintenance of the building and its assets.

This support can range from attracting investors, navigating the funding landscape, business growth strategies and marketing.

The centre is owned by Crawley Borough Council, whose investment in the facility, thanks to major government funding, reflects a long-term commitment to driving innovation, supporting local enterprise, and strengthening the regional economy. The council’s vision is to create a dynamic hub for high-growth SMEs and micro-enterprises, with strong links to local education providers and strategic partners across the Gatwick Diamond.

The new Crawley Innovation Centre is located in Crawley Business Quarter, at the heart of the Manor Royal Business District – one of the most connected commercial hubs in the South East.
The district is a nationally recognised business hub serving Crawley, Gatwick and the wider South East. The area is home to a strong mix of innovation-driven businesses and benefits from ongoing investment through the Manor Royal BID.
